1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pagodane ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pagodane is a Discord server provisioning platform that allows users to deploy pre-configured Discord servers using templates. The Service includes a web dashboard, a Discord bot, and related features such as server editing, embed builders, and role menu management.

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using your Discord account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You must not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Deploy servers for spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
Abuse the bot API or dashboard with automated or excessive requests
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

5. Premium Plan & Billing

Pagodane offers a free tier and a paid Premium plan. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

If you downgrade from Premium, servers beyond the free tier limit will be suspended (not deleted). You can reactivate them by upgrading again or by manually removing servers to stay within the free tier limit.

6. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service (server configurations, embeds, messages). Pagodane does not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pagodane and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
